How to get started with 3D Fashion
A simple workflow of understanding 3D fashion and start learning.
Introduction
Let’s understand what we do and how things work here. Your training will start by understanding how the fashion industry is changing. Please listen to the introduction audio to move ahead and talk more about 3D-Fashion.
Step 1. Understanding 3D Fashion Space (3min)
Before you start let’s first understand what is 3D Fashion and how to think about all the different topics and software like CLO3D/marvelous designer, Blender, DazStudio, MakeHuman, Texture development, Animation, Avatar development, Mixamo, and digital Pattern-making.
Step 2. How is 3D changing the fashion industry? (3min)
Let’s understand how the fashion industry is changing for individual designers, fashion brands, and the future. The major changes happening in the fashion industry are in the area of 3D-Fashion, sustainability, development of better materials/fabric, and VR/AR. Let’s look into how these things are making the fashion industry more efficient and better for the future.
Step 4. Getting started with 3D-Fashion!
Time to get your software done and don’t worry all the softwares are free except CLO3D. CLO-3D gives you one month free trial in one user id so when one month gets over uninstall and install with a new user id 😉 Rest all are free.
I have made this course keeping in mind all the free and open-source software and resources so that everyone can be a part of this. All you need is a mac or windows laptop/pc with minimum intel i5 processor and a lot of love for fashion 🙂
